The Dance of Sulfur

The alchemists believed sulfur embodied the active masculine principle in creation and sulfuric acid also known as vitriol was the driving force in most of their experiments.

The Dance of Sulfur is a moving meditation of aerobic exercise for calcination. The physical exertion temporarily knocks out the concerns of the ego to focus on the state of the body.

When you reach this point of empty mindedness start to visualize firey energy rising up in waves from below. Focus your attention on the sensation of heat rising and direct it to tensed-up or problem areas in the body.

Visualize the melting away of hardened metallic blockages while maintaining the aerobic pace.
